does anybody know something about known ot interleaving? Twins...marshalls, or tweed?.

Hammond and other manufacturers use interleaving as a common process to increasing coupling and efficiency. It also reduces leakage inductance.

Re: output transformers interleaving...
Interleaving helps with the high frequency response of the output transformer. Twins have a 4/3 interleave which means there are four layers of primary with three layers of secondary in between. That's about as much as you'll ever need given that the high frequency content of guitar falls off at about 6kHz.

thanks guys....where can i get ideas abou the known ones...i mean...i have seen parallel secondaries, parallel then series, etc so as to complete the layers...and each on is different. there's so much mistery on ots...
