Perfboard thickness?

Perfboard thickness?

Could someone tell the thickness of an express perfboard?

would there be any problem if I used 1/10 thickness board...

it's a brown material looks like paper in the middle

In the thread that Gearhead pointed you to , I gave the dimensions for the original board and stated that I was making them out of 1/8" phenolic. The original board that Ken used was actually 3/32" thick. I couldn't find 3/32" available and went with 1/8. Since I sand both the top and bottom of the boards during my finishing process this gets them close to the originals. I would imagine 1/10" is going to be real close to the original 3/32" thickness and should work fine. Even 1/16" should be fine as long as you don't omit the screw and standoff in the middle of the board.

I was beginning to wonder about that after more carefully reading your thread (after I posted it). And to think I've been looking for 1/8 the whole time! It makes a difference for turrets.

thanks guys, good too know, I was going to use it anyways, since I've used this kind of board before and it did seem to work nicely, but I was unsure of wether it would stand the test of time, guess it does.
