then I would say dont try 365 haha, altho some have.
I am working away on my jtm50 type mini ( in full chassis) with mustards.
what values did you use on yur phase inverter resistors ?
any chance of sound clips ?

On the PI use standard Marshall values of 1M on the plates, 10k long tail, 820R. Or you could try 39k on the long tail, 1M plates, 1.2k cathodes
Re: 6AQ5 low power super lead started
did you change from 82k,100k & 470R ?
what did you end up with for Output Primary Impedance ?
My Board is almost done, only missing couple bits.
I am using antek torroid (was great price and supposed to be quieter) with hybrid rectifier /ez80, need to decide
if I am going to try Variable High Voltage Regulator ( It removes almost all ripple too). I am getting 230 volts now but thats in parallel I can go series
which is where I would need the regulator,as it would be over 400v.
I changed some coupling cap values. Also thinking of a 6ak5 boost stage as I got several (mil type tho). I think would add wildness to it LOL.
Rather than doing a 8 valve you might consider 6v6 amp. I thought they sound great (built 2 of em). I tested one at like 420 Volts LOL Hammonds too. Mark Huss has sound clips etc..
Some techs used to put 6v6's in marshall 50's and rebiased etc.to make lower watts for lower output, and it does sound fab. I put 2 6v6s and 2 EL84's in a JCM800 !00 watt I had as an experiment.( I used alot of outboard gear tho,Bench Power Supplies etc...so it was more of a test to see what if..., as I had wilder Idea in mind to take it farther.) I did it for a specific Guitarist to show I could make him his own very unique tone, I think it scared him !!!!!!!! He was afraid of wires badly, playing the test rig think he almost fainted. He was only guy I have seen do John Mc Laughlin covers. Ended up
he f*uckin stole my sonic blue usa strat. I saw him doing demo for a music store,on youtube, (his name is mark lucas.) in Pennsylvania, so I wrote them and told them he was horrible thief. Sad as he is super musician. Said he had a very discerning ear but I proved he was kinda bad. I changed all the speakers on a Silver Jubilee Small Box Stack I had,he played it before and after and didnt even notice I put anniversary Vintage 30's in, let him do a gig with it close to my house. Changed the tubes too LOL. Some guys say they can hear difference in wood in a speaker cabinet and have bad bad ears for tone. The test rig did have an awsome unique tone. I could build the amp someday but kinda poor now and have same illness Ken Fischer had, it would be difficult without all the gear I had although concept was semi-brilliant. I think the whole concept was beyond his comprehension to dig it.

Re: 6AQ5 low power super lead started
Sorry for the delay, I haven't been able to get on the site.
I used standard values for the PI and a 18watt marshall OP trans.
I'm still using this amp as my #1 gigging amp, nothing else comes close to this thing. It took a 3' fall to concrete before a gig this summer and it still worked great. I did finally straiten out the chassis and put in a eq bypass a few weeks ago.
