Dream tone

Does anyone know how to get the guitar tone (other than obtain his fingers) of Ry Cooder’s Boomer’s Story, on the album of same name? I have two dream tones, this one and Willie Johnson from Howlin’ Wolf band.

Probably a big headstock Stratocaster with weird pickups. Guyatone, Bigsby, Valco.....
