still get chills

Post by joeboo88 »

Its Friday afternoon and work is winding down.
I listened to something I haven't in a few months, and when Stevie
played his second solo on "couldn't stand the weather"
I still get a chill when I hear it.
I like all of you who plays guitar will knows this feeling.

Love Eric Gale with his phase-shifted, quivery vibrato. I first heard him on Lee Ritenour's direct-to-disc, Sugar Loaf Express back in the late 70's.

Johnny Winter and...Live. Jumpin' Jack Flash. Excellent tone and playing. Just does it for me every time.

No Quarter from TSRTS. There is a solo that starts with a rhythm part. Comes in at 5:20 blows me away every time.
