It would be fine for a preamp or a stand-alone reverb or Revibe unit, or perhaps a small single-ended amp. At 300 VDC 50mA would be just about right for a 6V6.

A Champ-like thing into a SE EL95. The EL95 needs 30mA. That leaves over 20mA for everything else, which is plenty of current. At only 0.2A for the heaters, you have plenty left over. Plate voltage with SS rectifier will be in the low 300's, which I think will be fine. If you are concerned about that you have enough filament supply for a 6X4, 6X5 or 6CA4, which would surely drop plate voltage to around 275-ish. The spec sheet says 10K primary OT, so you are fine with a Champ type 5K OT mismatch that has 4Ω and 8Ω outputs.

You can buy EL95/6DL5 on eBait dirt cheap. If I were in the market, I'd be real tempted at these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/6-Vintage-Telef ... SwT4lWTTI3
