Things you find at surplus center

While on my way to my lake cabin to rake leaves in this beautiful weather my wife and I stopped at the local very large surplus center to get some junk

I'm way in the back in the furniture area and come across Rascal Flats wardrobe flight case x2 and a large equipment flight case. Sign says Rascal Flats cases from Nashville Flood.

Why the hell did these local yokels buy this stuff.

Down the road is the famous for us locals We Fest that all the Country entertainer's play at every August so maybe someone might be interested I guess.

Floated up the Mississippi.

I imagine after the Nashville flood there were many things to be had cheap.
Guitars, amps, etc.

I guess some guys were able to flush the mud out of some amps.

That flood was a disaster!

As far as how the stuff ended up in MN, I dunno.
