Somehow I knew it was about Yngwie before I even clicked on the link.

I had never heard of him until I bought, "Rising Force" years ago.

But his million notes per minute quickly turns me off on his later stuff.

You should have seen his early collection.

There was a drug importer in Miami we new as "Jack Strat". Jack was murdered by a business partner and they burned his mansion down. Jack had around 250 colored maple and slab boards. I'm a shredder. We both sort of worship Ulrich Roth. He is the only other guy I ever knew who could play all the parts and make them sound like chorus to the original parts, whereas Kirk Hammet is a schlubby schlong.
