Tonic Amps - Austin Amp Show Videos

Post by dartanion »

Hi Folks,

Here are a few videos we shot at the Austin Amp Show. These clips feature Billy Penn of 300guitars.com, Billy Z of BAM Fusion, and Damion Puluse of Elvis of Nazareth. Most of the videos feature the Torpedo and Absinthe amps with Billy Z playing through a dark voiced Vapour and vintage fawn tolex 1960A.

Enjoy!

The guitars, pedals and amps sounded great :)

Wish I could have attended, I had plans to be there but that fell through. :x

Well, there is the NY/NJ Amp Show June 5&6, the Nashville Amp Expo August 21&22, then the LA Amp Show October 3. I think the NY/NJ and Nashville will be the most attended events by vendors and the public alike.

It's a fun time for sure and we'd welcome you at the Tonic room. That goes for anyone who would make it to the show, swing by and grab a t-shirt and hang out for some great jams.

Darin,
Thanks for the editing! Ha ha. Your amps sounded better in person, That is no lie. Wonderful dynamics and note definition. The notes really swell up nicely with total control. Chords never sounded muddy, the videos make them sound a little muddy, they are not! Build a video/audio recorded that does as good a job as your Amplifiers.
Great sounds, the Fane speakers were a real complement as well.

Well, It's SXSW this week here. I got a little invite to play a little too.

Much success.
