Where does everyone buy their hookup wire from? I've been using solid core PVC that I get from Mcmaster Carr, I wanted to buy a bunch of PTFE solid core wire to give myself a good stock for future builds, problem is everywhere I look it's around $.50/foot. A company I found online (WEICO) has a great price break ($.158 per foot for 20G, $.111 per foot for 22G)if you buy 1,000 feet, I have no use for 1,000 feet of wire in any color... Anyone know of a place to get less than 1,000' PTFE wire for a good price? If not, maybe a few people would be interested in going in on a large wire purchase to get the 1,000' price break on multiple colors and splitting it up?

www.apexjr.com. All surplus, good stuff, all teflon/silver plated. most of his stuff is stranded but he does have some solid core too. Give him a call, he's real good to work with.
