As someone who also has a CC permit, shooting someone in self defense is ultimately the LAST thing you ever want to do. But if you are left with no other choice, i am reminded of the mantra my firearms instructor told me:

"Better to be judged by twelve than carried by six"

Glad to hear your neighbor problem is on its way to being resolved VK, hope the guy gets the picture and stops being an asshole. Life is too short to have to deal with people like that.
