I built an 18 watt trem 6 or seven years ago. I think it is the perfect amp. It goes to every gig. I have built a D-Lite, Liverpool, Express, and own several vintage Bassmans. I take the 18 watt. If I need more volume it goes in the monitors. I have doubled it up with a 5e3 deluxe before. That's a great sound!
