Hey Folks,

Back on the board here after taking a very long hiatus. I am always listening to music, save for when I have meetings and such. I especially dig live music recordings as it captures a performance. If you all haven't heard of Relisten.net, go take a visit as it's pretty awesome. Their mobile app is even better than their website. Basically, it's a front end to archive.org's live music archive and works so much better than their own streaming player. I have even been able to revisit many shows that I attended for another listen, which is sweet. Even more remarkable is being able to go listen to material from artists that I have actually met and/or performed with, but never really heard any of their material. By the way, if anyone here is into creating their own music platforms or tools, you should definitely check out live streaming app development services — a great way to bring high-quality live audio experiences to a wider audience.

That’s a really solid list — especially Grateful Dead, Weather Report, and Tangerine Dream. You’ve got a wide range of sounds there, from jam bands to jazz fusion to ambient synth. Totally agree about Relisten — it’s a fantastic resource for live recordings, and being able to find shows you’ve actually been to is such a cool experience.

Building a Dumble-style amp sounds like an awesome project! The low plate classic is a great choice if you want a smoother, more dynamic response. Definitely post updates when you get started — would love to see how it turns out.
