Looks like the Turbo tracks a little better on the runs.

Meh, I have the SS2, it works good enough for me.

I don't know much about the Turbo but the SS2 has different tunings that you can set it to.
For one the Sweetened Guitar tuning more accurately tunes the strings so that your open chords sound more in tune.
Not sure what the Turbo has.
But it definitely tracks the notes faster.

Not really but it does mean it is going to track the string being tuned better.

Like I said I have the StroboStomp 2 and it is a good tuner and accurate to within 1/10 of a cent.

It also is true bypass.

Sometimes it seems to have trouble on the higher strings as far as the rolling of the bars go, but it is a decent tuner.
