I have a SX tele copy, pretty decent guitar for the money and great for a kid starting out.

I've got the Agile SG and flametop Les Paul copies from before the legal threats from Gibson, so the have the correct shape and headstock.

Amazing value. The SG is one of my main guitars now... and yes, I own a couple of Gibsons too... it's just nice peace of mind to not worry about someone knocking over my several thousand dollar '68...

Ordered 6 so far...I will maybe get a 335 and then be done with Rondo. I already was playing a Maple neck Esquire, a Maple Strat, a Rosewood Strat. I'd like to eventually get a couple of Gretsch, Bigsbied of course...and one Dano.

My first intention was to build them from ground up but, decided otherwise...

Much cheaper to have fun with these rough beauties. I'm a tweaker at heart.

After a close look, i stripped the paint off, and, depending on the model, i may sand or even cut the body to a different shape...

I have a bin of guitar parts from the old days...i may change p-u, bridge or what not...i favor Alnico P-90's. I put new Gotoh or Spertzel machine heads. Machine heads is the only new components.

After staining the mother, she goes back together for a good chart-topping adjustment, yes.yes. frett work, intonation and a new set of Pure Nickel D'Addario's...10 on the 25 1/2 and 11 on ze Lesters...

At 2 to 3 bills (my price once done over), these babies cannot be denied...

Oh no...they can't...
