Looks like one big beautiful block of wood to me!
I don't think you have enough pickups in it. I think you need to add one of those Graphtech saddle type pickups that sounds like an acoustic..maybe a MIDI pickup as well.

The body is one piece swamp ash , maple neck and brazilian rosewood fingerboard.
The pick up are seymour duncan , I chosen 4 picks for more sounds different.
Like Steve Morse's 70' model.
The sounds goes from southern rock/blues to jazzy sounds on neck pick-up.
I chosen rosewood fingerboard because mix with body ash it feels real good.
The classics TELE with maple neck/fingerboard were for my tastes too many bright sound .
