I read here that they were italians and wound custom spec'd transformers, but their website states that this is an english company and they don't even care to reply to my asking for a 5E3 PT with specs more in par with these of the ClassicTone item #40-18078 (660V@100mA, 6.3V@1.65A, 5V@2A)...

InMADout / state of business?
Anyone knows about the current state of the company?

They are Italian. I have had great service from them over the past few years, however I've had no reply to my last email so I'm wondering if they're still closed due to the Covid pandemic.

I was always super delighted to deal with Savino @inMadOut and their products are of great quality and sound.
The last set I received was fairly recently - mid-end Feb 2020, but I guess they may have closed/shrinked activities due to the pandemic.

yes, my thoughts exactly. I've still had no reply now from my last email over 10 days ago!
I hope they haven't gone under

I wonder if the London address is just for legal purposes, eg to make business to the uk easier when the brexit transitional arrangements end next year?

Shouldn't make things easier with the rest of Europe, but yes, it's puzzling...

Maybe give them another email and be patient. I have a supplier that was taken out by Covid. So, you know. Nothing like going to ICU for two weeks and then having to go clean up the internet rumors that you are out of business.ChopSauce wrote: ↑Mon Jun 22, 2020 7:33 am Anyone knows about the current state of the company?

Good news nonetheless. As long as he is making transformers, I’m happy.
