Just saw this. He is having nerve system pain that is affecting his ability to play.

Oh no, that's terrible news. I suffered with it for six months once. 24/7 with no relief. Thought I'd lose my mind. It's bad.

Bad news for Eric.

I have nerve trouble and arthritis which really put a hurt on my ability to play cleanly. Might switch to one string gut bass or wash tub bass.

Take a look at Kieth from Stones,His hands are real artheritic.Sorry to hear about E.C.,Life passes by fast,Im aproaching 60,My mind tries to tell me to do things my body cant do. :lol:
