Hm, I wonder what's the "limited number of reproductions available" and HOW are they under John Mayer's control? Does Bill Krinard need a little extra cashola, sell off the fake Dumbles? Can't imagine HAD himself would be pleased with this, so get a good look at that ebay ad while you can. He has enough influence with ebay, got stuff removed from sale before.

I'm surprised Dumble has that much pull. I've never seen any claims of patents on his amps or circuity, or the name, and he is not the first amp builder out there who has been cloned.

But, I find it hard to believe any sane person would buy of of these amps. They may be great knock-offs, but there are a number of people on this site alone (not me) who could do the same thing as well or better for 1/3 of the price.
