Neck replacement

Don`t buy a B Hefner neck whatever you do . fret job was lousy and very pricey , added $100+ micro crap or something bend a note over the 12th fret and it dies before a half step . Neck is bowed and no amount of truss rod adjustment helps . In short - a piece of POO.

Will he not let your return it?

I know for a while he had problems with his getting the necks and bodies done in a timely matter but I remember guys saying the quality was good.
This was about a year ago or so.

Calgary is pretty cold this time of year did it ship ground and sit outside?

It might be best to overnight with morning delivery or wait until the season is not as unforgiving.
