I'm brand new to amp building and just found this board. I've been doing minor amp repairs for over 20 years and finally decided to build my own.
My first on is going to be a Fender copy from a kit that's part of a class on building tube amps that I start in Feb.
Reading through the posts, it seems like there's a lot of good knowledge and info here.
Looking forward to picking some brains here and hopefully contribute as well.

Welcome and have a blast - this little amp building thing is quite a kick, and very addictive.
Since you will start with a Fender type amp (I am guessing a Champ or Princeton), you might also want to check out this link, as they really specialize in Fender stuff.

However, to be clear, I am not sending you away
The guys here can certainly help as well.
