It appears that you took your AC input to the switch before the fuse. If so that is not a good idea. Power should go hot lead to fuse tip then to the switch. Won't affect hum just something I saw that should be corrected. If the twisted green wires are your heaters the twisting is good the routing is not, in my opinion. They run too close to the signal caps and wires carrying the preamp signals. In this case I would have routed the heaters as flat against the ( looking at your chassis in your pix) chassis just inside the upper edge where the tubes are. As far away from the signal wires as you can get them. Your AC ground wire (to me) is much too long and should be terminated with a good solid connection just inside the chassis where the cord comes in. I can't see where you finally connected it but it should be on a screw by itself. Does your PT have a heater CT? Is it well grounded or did you use the 100 ohm resistors on th heaters to the power tube cathode method (artificial CT)?

I would ditch that wire you have across the back of the pots.
The solder doesn't look like it took to the backs and that can cause noise.

Instead, run a buss wire above the pots with little jumpers from the pot lugs that need to go to ground up to the buss.

Only ground the buss at one end, the input end.

If you want a buss wire connecting the pots you need some of these...

Thanx Guys,I appreciate the feedback,Im going to try to do some corections today,Ill give you a ring Mark,Thanks,One thing I noticed was the input jacks really dont have a ground,This was a Mojo kit,Now I put in a new board and some better components,To be honest guys,I have built 7 amps in the last two years and not one of them have fired up out of the gate,I really want to experience that,The closest was the express.Amp building is the most fun I have had in years,But then the moment of truth arrives,Flick the switch time.
Then my hearts starts pounding and Im ready to pull my freekin hair out.Did I miss a wire under the board?Do I gotta rip this thing apart again?Oh Well I still love it,Mikey :)
