I'll take a stab at it. I believe the RT1 is a Resistor that changes value with it's temperature, possibly a current limiter. C14 is a noise suppressor , I think. I never saw them before, interesting. I think Fender uses them on a few of the newer designs.

Yeah I had to look it up but an X Capacitor is a supression cap, placed across the ac line to suppress RFI and phasing noise.
I'll buy what Billy says about the RT1.

Here is the scheme for it. Ok so these are safety items, what about those additional fuses?? Here is the source for the full doc. Its the 5E3 to a tee I think with some added elements for safety... is that it.

I think one fuse is for the heaters and the other is for 5v? I can't see what the yellow wires feed.
