My first Champ ((in progress))

Post by Carlin Mitchell »

Here is a mix of photos. I thought I'd prove to a few of you that I ACTUALLY am working on something. Everyone has been SO helpful especially Jana and Joebob and Travis... well you all have been great. I hope to have this thing finished by next weekend. The long chassis is something I made for JAna as a trade and the Travis Bean is my baby. I'm trying to post this pic from photobucket ..let's see if it works.

color coded 5F1 layout

Post by Carlin Mitchell »

Does anyone have a good breakdown of the colors for tube wiring. I'm looking on the net and am finding a few different options. Mainly the wires coming off the board. I got a turret board and fit my caps and resistors. I'm hanging up on running the wires off of it because I want the colors to be right and the wiring correct of coarse. If anyone knows a link to a color coded layout plese enlighten me ??!! Thanks
