I have a source, my job, for fishpaper. Where can I get eyelets and a punch for this to make circuit boards?
Thanks,

There are probably other places, that's just off the top of my head.

mouser p/n 534-43 is the eyelets, I use an 1/8" drill bit for the holes

I bought a eyelette crimper off of ebay, but it really is only so so. You will get better results with the punch and a hammer. I think I ended up with some from london power.

it isnt very cheap to do it correctly, $100 for hand press plus dies but if you have to do a bunch it is worth it
They also have plated eyelets for easy soldering
Cheaper to use a center punch and block of steel
If you use Fish paper (Vulcanized fiber) like what Fender did make sure you install all the parts and then soak it in a wax bath. Otherwise the amp will start to snap and crackle over a few years. The fiberboard is hygroscopic.
