Sebago Texas Flood - Pre-amp tubes (NOS)

Post by gccuccolo »

Hello everyone, I would like some help with the Sebago Texas Flood amp.
I have the 100w version, I'm wanting to put NOS tubes, but I don't know what the pre-amp tubes sequence.
Could anyone help?
I tried to contact the manufacturer, but I didn't get a response.
I don't know if they are still building the models.

Grateful to all.

Is it a SSS thing?

Single row of tubes?

It's a version of the SSS, I know the tubes are 12AX7 and 12AT7, but I would like to know the sequence and use of them in the pre-amp, to know the best positions for NOS tubes.

Always the input stage first, The tube that sounds best and rejects the most noise.

The at7 is output driver on that amp?

If it has reverb that slot will like something specific.

The best thing is to swap positions with the other ax7s until you are happy.
