wiring a dpdt toggle for multitap PT.. help!

I apologize if the topic is in the wrong place. a frequent reader but new poster.

Im looking to use a classictone 40-18095 in a 2204 build and wanted to take advantage of the multitaps( 690v/625v/560v).
Can someone clarify how i can wire a switch to safely utilize these three options.

A double pole, triple throw switch is required; have you got one in mind, or in hand?
Note that actuating such a switch whilst the amp was operating could cause problems.
