If you go to the JJ site they have the same voltage true class A spec of 250/ 250, this because the build between both of them are the same in terms of resistance to arcing over with plate voltages applied to them.

The EL844 is marketed as a drop in replacement for EL84s. As long as the amp is cathode biased, you can plug these in without any other adjustments. However, if the amp is fixed bias, as in the Boogie DC3, you may need to make some adjustments to the bias voltage.
I've used these before, and I like them. But Ithink I remember having to adjust the bias in fixed bias mode. You may just want to double check your bias current as a precaution
