Check out Watts Tube Audio. Project boxes are on sale through Valentine's Day:

If you don't mind a lighter gauge of aluminum, you can buy Bud boxes on Amazon at inexpensive prices and if your order total is enough ($49), shipping is free. Example: https://www.amazon.com/BUD-Industries-A ... ud+chassis
Some people find these are too flimsy for their taste, but I've worked with them and they are OK, IMO. I'm not sure if I'd use them for a 50W or 100W amp due to the weight of the iron. I'm thinking you might need some sort of reinforcement plate with heavy transformers and then your savings is wiped out. (Search Amazon for "Bud Chassis".)

This guy does very good work. A few of us on AX84 have been using him with great results.

He will do blank to fully drilled and anything in between.
