Any idea who the mfr is?

Un fold the 4 tabs and take it apart then post a shot of the guts.

I'd like to be able to source the same brand.
I was hoping someone might be able to ID them by the logo on the back.
It's kind of hard to make out from the picture, but there is an "S" in the center of the logo.
