first and second tube amp

Post by quinnmoore »

hello community, I'm new here and I've been reading posts for awhile and thought I'd say hello. I'm also new to amp building. I've converted 2 Hammond AO35's and an AO44.

I'm hooked, and now intrigued by the Trainwreck section here. alot of great information.

Here's a couple pictures and a link to how my first amp sounds recorded with a band. it's a rock tune, recorded in my studio. SM57 through a LA610, a little eq. clean and overdrive are controlled by the guitar volume knob.
Thanks!

Appropriate I'm sure!

If you get a message @ "this hasn't posted" ignore it - it's an invitation to double even triple post. Rare that a post really doesn't go through the first time.

Thx, I think I hit the back button on my phone and got the double post. Then couldn't figure out how to delete it. Oh well, note to self.
