Doing a charity repair - Anybody have a Tweaker Schematic?

Hello Gents, I am repairing a Tweaker for a young man for Xmas, but I need the schematic. Right off the bat, no B+ in the preamp section. I found R28 cooked, but can't read the value, also the 1K right next to it is open as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I only have one for the Tweaker 40. If you call Egnater they might give it to you, if your a tech.
