Another Fender type amp

Post by M Fowler »

Based on the accomplice/AB763 with reverb and raw tone stack bypass and master volume. I could go without the raw control next time I think.

The reverb is fantastic even with Belton pan :)

Custom bassman size chassis and cabinet.

WGS 12C/S 75w speaker.

Nowadays, all reverb pans are Belton pans. But which one do you have in there?

Oh, looks sweet btw.

The raw control is an extension of the middle tone function isn't it ?
Couldn't it be incorporated into the mid pot by extending it's range, or even a "pull boost" ala the Rivera Fenders ? (not that there's any love for the pull boost moniker)

Nice evolution of the Fender design.

Here's a nice take on a mid boost.
Use the second schematic:

How do you like that master compared to a Type 2 (larmar)?

Well it works well with my testing but I need to get it over to my two tester buddies for a run through tomorrow with opinions. I've never used this type of MV before.

Good work Mark

I've got the LarMar in mine, very useful in a small room. I just run mine with no effects, just the good old roach trem. I love this circuit 8)
I haven't found I'm missing reverb at when playing out.
I did cart my Dlator and effects around at first but it sounds so good I don't bother now.

I'm gonna fit one in the 2204 build as well.
