Old Tubes

I have an old set of tubes from a 1930's radio. Can anyone tell me how I can test them to see if they still work. The radio doesn't work so I can't test them that way.

Well short of a tube tester, I'm not sure.

You could try to find a local amp repair service, they might test them for a buck or two.
