I just built a couple of head cabs and am striking out finding a source for the wire mesh some use on the back of their head cabs.

Do a search for "expanded metal" or "perforated metal" You can find small pieces on Amazon.

Go to the home improvement store and get expanded metal lath.
It is usually galvanized steel so you have to paint it.

Yeah... I was at the local H/I store and they have these panels that you sheet metal screw to the bottom of a screen door to keep pets and small children from destroying the screen.. Looks like it will work perfect.. it comes anodized gold or black.. if you cut the panel right at the bottom you can use the bottom of the frame to butt up to the amp.. for a custom look...
