I found a handful of these guys that I got about 12 years ago from a guy who handpicked these for use in a splitter to feed multiple guitar amps. He swore at the time that these were the most transparent tubes around.

I plugged one into V2 of my ODS and it sounded pretty good. What kinds of circuits tend to favor these tubes?
