Power tube went south so after replaceing the fuse and putting other tubes in.......one was redplating before I could get to bias......Resistor off of pin 4 on that tube looked burnt but checked out at rated value close to the other tube....didn't expect that at all as I was high fiving myself when I saw a burnt resistor..is this likely my problem or should I be looking elsewhere as well.?

EDIT - Replace the the burnt resistor on both tubes with matching values. A resistor that has been fried can test ok without a load and drift when voltage is applied. you can test it out of the circuit by heating it with a 1500watt hair dryer. use aligator clips to hookup your meter it gets hot.
replace all the high wattage resistors. They need to be matched for best results. trace back through the bias section and make sure the parts meter correctly.
If you can bring the amp back up on a variac with an amperage meter you can make sure the circuit is solid and you wont have to spend $$$ on fuses if it would have blown.
It's a good idea to clean the tube socket of the burned tube at least, while you are in the amp.

Resistors already on the way ....Tanks SOrr

I wonder if those diodes on the power tube plates are still good as well?
Wow three bridge rectifiers!
That thing is built like a Mig, wait....
What kind of plate voltages are you getting on the EL34's?
