PM option attachment problem

I cannot upload attachments in my PM box it says I have reached my limit in my box however my in, sent, out and save boxes are 0% full.

Anyone have a suggestion?

That has been going on for a while...

I was able to upload and send something around 200k but nothing bigger. Kept getting the 'reached my limit' message. I purged everything in the inbox, sent, and saved items too. No joy.

I did reduce my image but then it was so blurred and not worth uploading.

I've also had that problem on and off.
It will tell me I have reached the maximum amount of attachments in my send folder.
So I delete everything and it still won't let me attach something.
Then the next day or later the same day it will allow me to attach again.
Buggy software for sure.
