Hi guys.
Do you know any cheap and good method to add white lettering at black powder coated chassis? Something like two-rock do on their amps. I know it's possible with serigraphy but it's very expensive when you want make just one chassis.

Aside from silk screening which that appears to be, you can have custom faceplates laser etched.
Do a google search for custom faceplates.

Yes, faceplates. I'm not huge fan of them so using one will be my last choice
Re: Chassis lettering
It would cost a fortune to get pro results like that, and you'd have to getting a few made to get any sort of price break.
Face plates do have the added benefit of hiding mistakes (extra holes, scratches, etc.)
My advice is to go to a plastics store, get some Lexan (polycarbonate), which does not chip or crack like Plexi, and find a nice silkscreening place to print on the back side in white letters. This way you'll still see the black chassis, and have a slick looking 'plexi' panel. A young guyin my town does each one for $3 a piece, and the plastic only cost $2 a panel. Do the math; cheap.
And hey, the right person may print right on the chassis for you if he or she has experience printing on metal. Good luck.

Re: Chassis lettering
If you have a color laser printer you could try printing the white text mirror-inverted onto a highly glossy paper (sticker paper works best) and then iron it onto the chassis with a hot iron. This technique works well on plain aluminum. It might work on powder coating, too.

Some affordable DIY solutions exist. Check for instance PhotoEZ and StencilPro from Circuit Bridge.I know it's possible with serigraphy but it's very expensive when you want make just one chassis.
