I know it's not typical ampgarage fashion to ostentatiously flash ones collection of crap, but I've been contemplating starting a thread to show off some of the goodies. I've got a ton of great parts but I've always been seriously lacking on the great vintage gear that I know some of you guys have. There's some guys over at TDPRI (among other sites) whose collections make me drool, and they love to show off their gear. I can afford to buy parts or old equipment in order to get the parts I need to build amps, but I can't even bat an eye at the prices that are being asked for most vintage gear..

FWIW the builds you guys produce look 100x better than mine. I like my amps to look homemade to some extent (usually good for a laugh and sparks up a lot of interesting conversations) but I'm starting to try to work the other way and build stuff that looks too nice to be a production unit. Perhaps that's a bit more in the ampgarage spirit.
