Storing Components in an Organized Way?

It's about 4.5 x 6.5 x 7.5. Each little box is about one inch deep. When you lay Mouser bags in them, you can just manage to close the boxes over them.

I put my parts in plastic bags with labels on them. I then arange them in order of their value. I then place them on a 3" binder ring from the office supply store. I can then flip through them until I find the value I need, add new values, etc.
