Missing Caps and resistors on the posted photos

Looks like there are two (2) .022uF caps and a 470K resistor missing from the posted photos.

Looking at the schematic, the coupling cap from the tail of the PI to the Driver is missing, the coupling cap feeding one side of the compressor is missing and the 470K resistor from the .022 coupling cap to the 82K resistor on the compressor is missing.

Looking at the input jacks on the schematic, are they stereo jacks or mono switching jacks?

So Jon, how did you end up liking this build? My buddy still has his original and I still have a few chassis that I'm eyeing as candidates..
