I think: 500pF, 3300pf, 15nF - if you want keep things on vox-side.
Maybe: 500pF, 5nF and 47nF - if you want Fatter tone (may will too fat)
I think 'bout european ECF82 - EF86 and a half ECC81 (12AT7) in
one bottle -> EF86 and normal (Brian May) channel in compact style.

I have built a couple of amps like this, using the matchless DC 30 schematic, but with a 15 watt output section. I rarely use the normal channel. If I was going to do it over I would simplify it and just have the EF 86 channel. I used West Labs 15 watt transformers (supposedly left over Matchless transformers) They sound really good.
