the *other* good reason to have your line out just an attenuated feed from the output transformer is that you'll then capture whatever tone the output tubes are adding

Updated Chassis Layout:

Thanks for all of your comments, group! Based on the suggestions provided, I did the following:
* Moved all the tubes to the rear of the chassis away from the control pots
* Ditched the tube Line Out and will just use a resistor network off the Output Stage (see https://www.dougcircuits.com/lineout.html)
* Arranged transformers and choke 90° out of phase of each other

Other notes:
* Gain control is placed between the 12AX& triodes
* EQ is a typical TMB-type, the SHIFT was added based on Merlin Blencowe's circuit which can shift the frequency response (seemed like a neat idea)
* The FX Loop is parallel so the MIX in the rear of the chassis is to mix the wet/dry signal

Things to consider:
* Will likely put the DC filter/drop resistor network on the top of the chassis in the blank spot to left of choke
* Turret board for components will be mounted underneath chassis (or just lay in the bottom of the head cabinet... whatever works!)

As mentioned earlier, any further thoughts or comments are appreciated!
