He clearly doesn't understand the difference between criminal law and a civil tort case. He threatens both criminal prosecution AND money damages. There are no money awards in a criminal prosecution, other than restitution (returning what was stolen or defrauded). On the criminal prosecution side, posting publicly available information on the inter webs is not a crime. On the civil side, he'd have to prove wrongdoing with intent and damages. Ain't nothing there; no breach of contract, he has no basis as a claimant. He claims to have legal counsel. Maybe; I don't doubt some ambulance chaser will take his money and later explain there is no basis to press a case.
