Re: 5e3 problem - low output!
Do a search here on 5E3. You will find at least one well-documented example. Study those pics and really look at the soldering quality and the lead dress. There are plenty of other gutshots of well soldered amps all over this forum. Take an hour to really study what is going on. I think many of us are surprised that your amp is making any noise at all. Everyone of your connections looks poorly soldered. It is a learning experience and you will learn this quickly, I am sure. Check out this series of videos:

There are 9 parts. Watch them you will come out the other end with a much better idea of how to solder. Learn this well, it is a fundamental aspect to building or repairing anything electronic.

Lead dress and soldering issues aside, I'm not seeing where you've put your grounds. Did you modify the Weber layout?
Re: 5e3 problem - low output!
thank you all for the replies!
first of all,my 6V6s are not bad at all,as i've triple checked them in another 5e3s.secondly,i think if i had bad soldered connections,i'd not have correct rates,i'm i wrong?i've also checked all the ground with the meter and i rated all of them at 0 Ohms.all the ground are connected to the same brass point on the chassis.i have not any noise, too

idle voltage is one but put under load the resistance of a poor solder joint can go real high. Look its not that might have cold solder joint, you definitely have cold solder joints i really dont know how some of them are hanging together even. Most of the guy on here say the same thing and most are experts at building amps i would listen to them.

Re: 5e3 problem - low output!
+1...asking for advice and then ignoring it is an interesting approach.
DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR AND GET A HANDLE ON SOLDERING. Maybe you need some motivation - as a group, those are the poorest solder joints I have EVER seen.
It's like your trying to do carpentry with no nails or glue, only tape. Sorry, just trying to motivate you with some tough love. You can't reasonably expect to troubleshoot that amp while leaving those solder joints as is. You may stubbornly get that amp working with those joints, but it won't work for long if at all. The cart is so far ahead of the horse, he can't even see it.

Re: 5e3 problem - low output!
I just reviewed the photos and concur, the solder joints are not up to par. That needs serious attention immediately (which is to say it needs to be corrected before doing anything else).

See if you can make it look a little more like this one: http://www.recproaudio.com/diy_pro_audi ... d_back.jpg
Re: 5e3 problem - low output!
Some eyelets dont look like they're soldered at all?
I'd clear the board of parts, clear the solder with braid or a sucker and start again.
Clean eyelets and parts to be soldered, I use acetone, fill eyelet with good quality solder at the right temperature, allow to cool without being disturbed , should be clean and shiny
It aint that hard and is the bedrock of good electrical practice.

Make sure no wire leads are too long and grounding out and that includes looking at the leads on the pots too. Use a lighted magnify glass it really helps, I speak from experience
Already mentioned but it's my turn now, shorten all wires you can so everything looks good as well as works goods with good mechanical connection on all the wires.

Re: 5e3 problem - low output!
You may never get good joints if you have shitty iron/tip.
It should just take about 3 or 4 seconds of heat to get the solder to flow

Re: 5e3 problem - low output!
thank you all guys,i'll remake my amp from the beginning by tomorrow,i'll post the results!
Re: 5e3 problem - low output!
so,is it any better now?it's not preety,i know, but i want to believe i don't have any cold solder joints now.what do you think?

Throw it back together and let's see how she does.
Much better.
