You have the ideal schematic here for troubleshooting, isolate the transformer from the circuit and verify the PT secondary voltages against the documentation.

hmm now it is constantly blowing fuses... as soon as i turn on the amp

Primary fuse or secondary fuse(s) ?
The secondaries are fully fused on that schematic.
This should be easy enough to isolate by pulling secondary fuses.
If the primary still blows then it's the transformer.

Are you using a Variac or bulb limiter ?
Don't just keep burning through a pile of fuses if you're not sure what you doing.

yeah it is the outlet fuse (primary) no Variac or bulb limiter....so should I pull the secondary fuse? and try again?
