Loose bottle in tube base.. can it be fixed?

Picked up some JB Weld.. mixed up the 2 parts and added a few drops of acetone as mentioned earlier to thin it out. I applied the mixture running some around between the base and the bottle. I then took a rag with a little acetone on it and cleaned the excess JB up so it looks like nothing was done.. I will let it sit undisturbed for 24hrs and see how it holds up....
