in the meantime I've dropped an email to Ingo regarding my transformers, I've sent him an email just after my message here, and a remainder 5 minutes ago, but by now not a single message from him has come.
Am I supposed to make bad thoughts?

ps: sorry to hack this thread for my own interest, but being Ingo part of this community and having jumped in here in first person , I think this could be of interest for lots of guys

Just a couple of lines to tell that this time Ingo surprised me , and I 've got the transfomers today.
As already told these are very well built and each one comes with a test and measurement certificate.
I am a little confused as I can't forget how long it took to get this transformers, but finally Ingo has been correct toward myself.

As I am in the process for a really serious and professional amp project that could be very important to me, and that will involve a decent quantity of pieces to be built, I'll contact him in the near future to get a quotation for these pieces.

a very positive update from me:
The three transformers that I ordered from Ingo Gorges arrived extremely well packed yesterday. That is a turnaround of only sixteen working days, in mid holiday season, from the date my bank actually transferred the payment to his bank.
For a handmade product of this quality I think the I.G. delivery time is excellent.
Isn't it great that there are still people who still take time and care to make quality products? I appreciate it enormously.

I listened to the OT for about half an hour before the amp went out of the door on loan. I am a huge fan of the old Partridge transformers and, from that half hour test, it looks like I will be enjoying the I.G. production in the future too.

Best, tony
