McMaster Carr and True Value Hardware parts drawers for me. M-C seems to have really high quality parts and turn-around is quick. Their online catalog is easy to use.

Great website! I just ordered up and good prices too. For me it is all about ease of use and this website vs mouser is like the pendulum swinging from one side to the other. Mouser is great but what a pita website interface...
Mouser would be WAY better if when you used a filter, it left the filter list displayed after re-indexing. Instead it repplaces it with a stupid checkbox so you have to uncheck, wait, then repick, etc.
